Clarity - is a personalised package of coaching, where I will analyse all areas of your life that you’re struggling with. I use a wide range of tools and techniques to release you from your subconscious constraints. How we experience/ interpreting what happens to us in the present moment is a by-product of our conditioning: ancestral line, past experiences and our beliefs.

Clarity - gives you completely new experience of what’s possible when you are free from limited beliefs, you will be able to create your own strategy based on your rediscovered capacity, and most of all you will be fully empowered with self-reliance and resilience that you need in order to face whatever life brings you.

 

 

Health and Wellbeing

I specialise in coaching people affected by cancer, enabling them to deal successfully with the impact of cancer on their lives and to move forward from it in the way they need.  Coaching will help cancer patients, their families and carers, at varying stages of their journey, from early stages of diagnosis and treatment, to living with and beyond cancer, including metastatic disease. 

I also support clients with Acromegaly, Type I & II Diabetes, Auto-Immune Disorders, Anxiety, Stress Injury, Burn Out  

 I deeply believe in humans inherit abilities to move through life’s adversities, heal and grow in spite of challenges. Years of experience working with caner, observing and learning from patients allowed me to create this hybrid approach to integrate conventional cancer treatment with a full body-mind-energy experience for achieving holistic wellbeing.  

 Coaching will allow you to:   

  • Discover new ways of looking at life with less resentment and more acceptance. 

  • Understand the connection between what is happening in their life and how is this manifesting in their condition ( body) 

  • Learn about body and mind and how by connecting the two, you can bring control back to your life  

  • Prioritise what is important in life, learn to rest appropriately, so they have energy to enjoy the things they love. 

  • Overcome fears and anxieties about the future by looking at the past experiences and patterns of behaviour, and building a plan for the future. 

  • Use Emotional Freedom Technique to clear the emotional burden that often affects us in the present moment and keeps us unable us to move forward. 

  • Reviewing what is working and not working in all aspect in life , body, mind, emotions, social and spiritual for the wellbeing strategies
