“I'm delighted to have been part of the authorship to produce a book that shares our knowledge, experience and ideas.”

You will discover the impact of the three pillars of empowerment:
Awareness, Information and Learning. This provides you with the framework to deepen your professional knowledge, skills and confidence to support others in times of uncertainty and crisis.

Empowerment for Health and Wellness
was published on World Cancer Day, 4th February 2021

This is a significant date because the methods and content outline the experiences that continually come from supporting cancer patients, carers and their families at the Fountain Centre, a UK charity working with the National Health Service.

My contribution within the book focuses on the importance of grounding and how to ground yourself into the present situation to restore mental focus when facing challenging times.

This is important in the cycle of empowerment because it creates the critical awareness of reality. You’re mindful, present and empowered to move forward.

Alongside the chapters by the six coaches are chapters by experts in immunity, the health of our bodies, breathing skills for heart regulation and relationship development skills for clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
